Massenkoff Russian Folk Festival is a cultural presentation of Russian Songs, Balalaika Music and Russian Folk Ballet, all equally represented throughout the performance in authentic style, language and costumes. Massenkoff features artists and musicians who are conservatory graduates and also professional Russian Folk Ballet Dancers. Classic Russian songs are presented by Nikolai Massenkoff, “World Celebrated Singer,” (Olympic Stadium, Seoul, Korea). Featured are songs from Tsarist Russia, WWII to present day Russia, including favorites such as, Kalinka, Moscow Nights, Dark Eyes and Volga Boatmen, all in the original Russian language. Massenkoff is accompanied by Russian Folk instruments; Balalaika, Domra and Bayan. The audience is transformed to Russia with no English spoken until Nikolai gives them a Russian lesson and rewards them with favorite encores, such as songs from Fiddler on the Roof and Dr. Zhivago!
